Bacon Ranch Pastry Salad
Chicken, smoked bacon and sharp cheddar with juicy tomatoes, shallots and tender pasta, served with creamy DIY ranch sauce.

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, chives, dill, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel lined board to cool. If necessary, apply 1 tablespoon of bacon to dressing.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta according to the packaging instructions and cook dentin. The wells are drained and rinsed under cold water.

Set aside 1 tablespoon of shallot and half of the bacon.

In a large bowl, mix dripping pasta, half of the bacon, chicken, tomatoes, shallots and cheese together. Add the seasoning (you probably won’t use all of it) and toss it well. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
