Coffee Cake Coffee Frosting

This coffee-flavored cake is really suitable for coffee lovers. The coffee is both flavorful and frosted, cut into sweetness without damaging the flavor. But you have to be like coffee. a lot of. Fortunately, we did so, so this is a very popular cake in our family.

Our friend Tom introduced us to this cake last year, but I couldn’t get it out of the way. His version starts with the cake mix, which is truly irresistible. So, I challenged myself to recreate it from scratch. It’s a real dream come true for a coffee lover.

Although I like a great coffee cake (usually a coffee cake with no coffee inside), it’s a coffee lover’s cake. Coffee-flavored cake with fluffy coffee frosting? I was very happy to make and eat this cake.

Coffee Seasoning Cake Recipe

To make this coffee paradise, you need the following ingredients:

  • instant coffee
  • water
  • brown sugar
  • White sugar
  • Vegetable or olive oil
  • egg
  • Vanilla extract
  • All-purpose flour
  • baking powder
  • Salt
  • Coffee frosting

Coffee frosting

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease an 8-inch round or square baking dish. Mix instant coffee and water together and stir to dissolve. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, mix the sugar with oil and beat until fluffy crumbs form. Add the eggs and herbs and stir. Pour the coffee mixture slowly while continuing to beat the mixture.

Slowly add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until merged. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 34-36 minutes.

Test the center of the cake with a toothpick to enjoy the flavor and remove it from the oven. Cool completely before frosting. Sprinkle the icing onto the cooled cake.

Cook’s Notes: The cake can also be doubled in a 9×13 cake pan or made with (2) 8-inch round pan as a layer of cake.

I listed in this recipe using one (.11 ounces) of instant coffee for every 1 teaspoon of coffee (one of the famous coffee shops).
