Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno – Spend with Penns

Fresh jalapeños stuffed with mixed cheese and seasonings, wrapped in smoked bacon and cooked on the grill until tender.

- smell: These bacon-wrapped jalapeños have a smoky, salty flavor, cream, cheesy filling and mild heat.
- Preparation Note: Wear gloves when cutting several types of jalapeño. If you are cutting a few cups of chili peppers, the oil in the chili will affect (and burn) the skin.
- Recommended tools: It is recommended to wear plastic kitchen gloves while cutting the flow op. Cook directly on the grill using a barbecue. This helps reduce outbreaks.
- Suggestions: Use these bacon-wrapped jalapeno dishes as a flattering appetizer, as well as a ranch or blue cheese dip.

raw material
- chili: To reduce the heat from jalapeno (and other spicy chili peppers), make sure to remove all seeds and membranes. You can use any chili peppers in this recipe, including sweet baby red peppers.
- filling: The cream filling combines rich cream cheese, sharp cheddar, fresh green onions and a hint of garlic. Make sure to soften the cream cheese to smooth the filling mix and spread easily into the jalapeno.

How to Cook Bacon Wrapped Pods
Roasted Jalapeno Paps: I cook the bacon a little. This also helps reduce bursts and will always result in crispy bacon without overcooking the peppers. To get from the frozen grilled cream cheese roasting pan, we pour the grill down and cook very slowly to ensure medium heat and melt.
Oven-baked bacon wraps the wanderer: In the winter, we bake this stuffed jalapeno recipe in the oven. Preheat to 425 degrees, place on a parchment lined pan and bake for about 18-23 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the cheese melts. Bake at the end for 1 minute if needed. Too easy!
Early and freeze
Jalapeno Poppers are the perfect snack for unexpected guests on hand. I often make several large trays and freeze them (before cooking). After freezing, I moved them to an airtight container (or freezer bag) and stored them for several months.
When the guest pops up, pour in a mojito pitcher, heat the grill and throw them out of the freezing.
