To make this indulgent ice cream you need the following ingredients:
- Whole milk
- Heavy cream
- Irish Facial Cream
- sugar
- Kosher salt
- Vanilla extract

Irish buttercream with Bailey
Mix the milk, cream, Bailey’s sugar, sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Stir and combine.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker. Stir according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Serve soft ice cream immediately or transfer to an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.
Note that this is a rather soft but still diggable ice cream. Because there is a lot of alcohol in it, the rock solid will never be frozen. In fact, it is always easy to sc.
