Roasted chicken breast
This easy grilled chicken recipe is juicy every time and can be used for anything – Sarad, sandwich or straight grill.

Prevent the screen from becoming dark

Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl or freezer bag. Add the chicken and throw it nicely onto the coat.

Cover or seal the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.

Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade to allow the excess to drip. Discard the remaining marinade.

Place the chicken on the grill for 7 to 8 minutes. Flip and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F.

Transfer to a plate and rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing.
- The chicken should be cooked until 165°F. I prefer to take it out of the heat at 162°F because the temperature continues to rise as it is still.
- This marinade can also be used on pork chops or thighs.
- Nutritional information includes 25% marinade as the rest is discarded.
- The remaining chicken can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
