Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs
Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs with tender chicken, colorful vegetables and a rich sauce. This is the perfect summer meal!

Prevent the screen from becoming dark

Mix all marinade ingredients in a small bowl or freezer bag. Set aside ½ cup of vegetable mixture.

Add the chicken to the remaining marinade, make sure the chicken is well coated and allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.

Preheat the grill to medium-high (400°F).

In a large bowl, mix the diced Bell peppers, pineapple and onion together and toss with 3 tablespoons of the reserved marinade.

Put the chicken and vegetables on the skewers.

Bake for 12 to 16 minutes, or until cooked, turning the skewers frequently. Brush the skewers with the remaining marinade while cooking.
- During preparation, dip the skewers in water to prevent them from burning or burning on the grill.
