Hot Crab Dipping – Nude in the Kitchen

Tender crab meat is mixed with a delicious cream cheese sauce to make this hot crab dip taste similar to crab Yangon, but in a soakable form! Serve with Crostini, toasted baguettes, cookies, wonton slices or favorite Big Dipper.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. If you include mushrooms, clean them with a damp cloth and chop them.
In a large skillet, melt one tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the bread crumbs and stir quickly to apply the coating. Stir regularly for about 2 minutes until golden and toasted. Remove from the heat, transfer to the plate, and then cool.


Mix cream cheese, mushrooms, green onions, Italian seasoning, black pepper and ⅓ Parmesan cup in a medium bowl. Mix well to mix, then stir the crab meat.
Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart baking dish or a small oven-safe frying pan.


Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese and toast crumbs. Bake until heated, about 15-18 minutes.
