  • Olive oil or butter: You can also use it (and you can use a coconut oil factory).
  • Honey: I love the floral scent of honey, but you can use maple syrup or sugar (my favorite coconut sugar) instead.
  • Vanilla, cinnamon and salt: These make our granola taste incredible! I highly recommend them! Feel free to add more spices to a warm baking mixture like pumpkin spice or apple pie spice.

    3Grilled granola: Diffusion into a layer on a baking sheet and bake, stirring every 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown (20 to 30 minutes in total). At the end of the baking time, check the granola every few minutes to prevent it from being overly browned (especially around the edges).

    4Transfer to a cooling rack and let the granola cool completely. Store cooled granola in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
