This sweet and salty chicken marinated is made with dijon, soy sauce and lemon juice to tenderize the chicken while adding fresh and savory flavor.

This simple chicken marinated makes a very juicy chicken that can be tailored to suit any meal.

Prevent the screen from becoming dark

Mix vegetable oil, Worcestershire, vinegar, mustard sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl or freezer bag.

Add the chicken, at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours.

Grill, bake or bake as needed.

Preheat to medium heat, cook the chicken 7-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
