How many feeds does it?
This is exactly what you need to make the week a little easier! These five recipes will feed 4-6 people (depending on your crew). Plus, it includes a shopping list to make things simple.
Why do I have to have a meal?
This is not only for type A moms or Pinterest people. Yes youthat juggled everything, still trying to feed everyone without losing it. This is why it works:
- No more supper panic. Actually you will Know What is dinner before 4 pm.
- Save grocery stores. Shop once, buy what you need, and then stop throwing away sad produce at the end of the weekend.
- Few sins. When you prepare the meals and ingredients, you will be less likely to hit the express train.
- Have more time with your staff. Reduce the stress on cooking = more time for something that is actually important.
My weekly meal plan always includes a printable shopping list that has been measured and ready to go. It makes things so easy!

Store leftover meals
I only plan to eat Monday to Friday because let’s be real, weekends are wildcards. Sometimes we would go out, sometimes we would be on the wings, sometimes I just left the leftovers in my leggings. If you have extras, don’t let them waste, pop them out in an airtight container and give yourself a break to cook!
